Pet Policy

We welcome up to two pets per unit. A non-refundable fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets applies.

Restricted Breeds
For the safety and comfort of our community, the following breeds (and mixes thereof) are not permitted:
St. Bernard, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Perro de Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, American Bulldog, and Wolf-hybrids.

Additional Requirements

  • Visiting dogs are not allowed.

  • A recent photo of your pet and up-to-date veterinary records are required before move-in.
